Melissa Priddy

Melissa's career began in professional photography. She had her own successful darkroom, producing hand printed black and white photographs for some major companies, including Land Rover, British Gas, and the BBC as well as for many sports photographers. More recently, and on several occassions, she has been asked, to attend Downing Street as the official photographer by request of the DebRA charity.

In 1996 she worked on a major assignment marketing web sites and analysing search engine methods at the highest level. Following this she worked for Computer Bookshops Ltd. for a number of years as their head web designer, working on projects for companies like Microsoft^®, PC World and many well known publishers. She has designed large scale exhibition stands, books, software packaging, logos, gift cards, vouchers, promotional material......the list is endless.

In 2002 she moved with her family from her Birmingham base to St. John's Town of Dalry in the Galloway hills, where she established Creative Station specialising in graphic and web design. Purple Thistle PR is a development of this.
